The Free Spirit Retreat encompasses over 300 pristine rolling, wooded acres overlooking the Rush River Valley in Maiden Rock, WI.
We provide a quiet enriching environment to teach life skills that will help YOU create a life of emotional and physical well being.
We believe we all have the ability to recreate our own lives and Free Spirit Retreat can assist you by offering a variety of daily and overnight retreats to honor your mind, body and spirit. Beautiful peaceful accommodations are provided along with hiking trails, beautiful outlooks and organic food. We welcome families, individuals of all ages, and corporations.
Lisa Kuchinski is a Certified Therapeutic Coach ® , Certified, Certified Practitioner of Neurolinguistic, Reiki Master, Certified in Eagala (Equine assisted growth & learning association), Working on Master Degree in Holistic Nutrition.

With your stay at our ranch, you are given the opportunity to slow your life down and learn techniques to help you create the life you have dreamed for yourself; visualization, guided meditation, journaling, individual energy and coaching work are just some of those skills.
